Dear Peggy and Tom:

When I first think of the team you are, I think of your caring, kindness and eagerness to be helpful. Then I think of the organized effort you put forth to make the sale of my house a logical and comfortable experience for me. It was always about me - what do I need, what do I want and what can you do to make my life better.

How many agents go bargain shopping for a fountain and plants to enhance the patio? How should the three of us stage the house, while keeping the house livable for me? Remember, it was always about me.

After the escrow closed, you still helped me solve a problem caused by the moving company. Tom, you told me that you would handle the situation and that I no longer needed to return to the house. You, and likely Peggy, knew that retuming to the house was an emotional button for me. How many agents would do that?

All of the people you helped me hire to spruce up the house were fine workers and reflected the kind of integrity your team depicts. At all times I knew that I could trust you and that made me feel safe. Peggy and Tom, I am on my way to a new chapter in my life because of you!

We wanted to thank you for all of your help through our homebuying process. Looking back, we realized that we originally met you both in the fall of 2006; seeing that we did not close on the property on Clementine until September of 2009, it has been quite a journey!

We have truly enjoyed working with you both and can not thank you enough for caring about your clients as if they were family. Your tireless patience, sincere honesty and contagious positive attitudes were impressive and we are truly grateful. We remember when you both actually advised us against buying a home when both our futures and the market were uncertain and we recognize that not all realtors would have been that honest. This confirmed our initial observations that you both look out for your clients' best interests while developing a relationship with them.

Your attitude toward your clients is incredible, but we also appreciate your outlook on life. The laid back mentality, yet meticulous and prompt service you provide is wonderful. When we decided to sell our house, our ‘first’ house … it wasn’t an easy decision.  We sat down to think about what type of Realtor we would want. First off, we wanted someone we could trust … preferably a friend. Secondly, we wanted some with experience who knew the ropes and would help us make the right decisions. Finally, we wanted someone that would listen to us … understanding our feelings and objectives.

Tom and Peggy were the first to come to mind. In fact, Tom and Peggy had even met with us over the years answering our questions and discussing our house, the market, etc. They really were exactly what we were looking for.

As it turns out we sold our house in less than a month in a very difficult housing market. As one could imagine, selling your first house can be very emotional and it was for us. Through it all, it was great having Tom and Peggy at our side…helping us making decisions and leading us through this process with patience and professional confidence. Their personal touch from staging through private invites for open houses was very much appreciated. On one occasion Tom even met us at the house early one Saturday morning to help work on some bathroom plumbing.
